Which customer searches should your service pages answer?
Search & website reviews for US local businesses
Make it easier for customers to find your services and take the next step.
Scout & Lantern reviews your search visibility, service-page content and path to an inquiry. You get written priorities for what to improve, with content and on-page SEO work scoped separately.

See what a review includesA website can explain the service and make contact easier. Your team still responds to inquiries, arranges appointments and follows up with customers. We review that handoff with you; customer service and sales remain with your business.
The first piece of work
Agree on the pages, service area and questions to examine before work begins. Scope, fee and timing are confirmed in writing.
Content edits, metadata and internal-link improvements can be scoped as follow-on work. Website development, call handling, CRM changes and paid-ad management are outside this starting review.
From you: your website, service area, priority services and an explanation of how inquiries are handled. For a deeper review, we agree on appropriate access to existing reports.
Which customer searches should your service pages answer?
Can a customer tell what you offer, where you work and how to contact you?
What can your records tell us about inquiries and the work they become?
We start with what can be observed from search and your website. Where inquiry or booking data is available, we can also look at what happens after a prospective customer makes contact.
We distinguish what the records show from what still needs testing. If inquiry sources or bookings aren’t tracked, we identify the gap before making claims about return on marketing.
Prior team experience
Srilakshmi worked on SEO, content and reporting as part of a digital-marketing team for a multi-location healthcare provider in India.
Programme outcomes, not individual results. The provider was not a Scout & Lantern client. This experience does not establish US client results.
| Month | Impressions | Clicks | Click-through rate* |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aug 2025 | ~280K | 10.7K | ~3.8% |
| Jan 2026 | 973K | 13K | ~1.3% |
| Feb 2026 | 1.07M | 12.9K | ~1.2% |
| Mar 2026 | 1.2M | 13.7K | ~1.1% |
*Calculated from the rounded clicks and impressions shown above.
Impressions increased about 329%, while clicks increased about 28%. Click-through rate fell. The figures show wider search exposure and a smaller increase in search clicks; they do not explain the change in click-through rate or establish growth in booked business.
From February 2025 to April 2026, Srilakshmi contributed to SEO, keyword research, on-page and content optimization, metadata, internal linking, content planning, social media, digital campaigns, monitoring, reporting, online outreach and team coordination.
The wider programme included a new website. Website development was not her role.
Average search position moved from 10.7 in August 2025 to 4.7 in March 2026. The website recorded 296 enquiries in March, with zero reported paid-ad budget that month.
No comparable enquiry baseline or booked-revenue figure is presented here. Multiple activities ran concurrently, so the results do not establish SEO-only causation.

Your direct contact for the review and its recommendations.
Srilakshmi has worked hands-on in digital marketing since August 2024, with experience across SEO, keyword research, website and content optimization, search-performance analysis and digital campaign support within a healthcare digital-marketing team.
Her earlier background spans communication, training, content and marketing-related work. She founded Scout & Lantern to bring that combination of research, communication and digital-marketing experience to customer acquisition.
In a 15-minute conversation, we’ll discuss your priority service, what your website needs to do and how you currently handle inquiries. We’ll decide whether a focused review fits and what its scope should cover.
No preparation beyond your website address and the question you want to resolve. This is a scoping conversation, not a completed audit.
